The Service targets professional use by structural engineering teams at aerospace, defense, and deep-tech hardware organizations. Platform access requires an invitation or an approved request.
2. Use of the Service

3. Intellectual Property
The Service, including all text, graphics, logos, physics engine software, and topology-generation algorithms, is owned by the Company or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the Service for its intended purpose of structural design exploration within your organization.
You retain ownership of the design constraint inputs and program context you submit. The Company does not claim ownership over your engineering data. We will not use your constraint parameters or design outputs to train models or to develop competing products without your explicit written consent.
4. User Content
You are responsible for any content you submit through the Service (including via contact forms, onboarding flows, or email). You represent that you have all necessary rights to submit such content and that doing so does not violate any third-party rights, export controls, or contractual obligations.
